Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and delivery depends on your location:

  • USA, UK, Australia & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping so you can enjoy Divine Winter style no matter where you are.


🔁 4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course! We want you to love your order.
If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package for a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

📦 8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry about that! Please email support@divinewinterstore.com within 7 days of delivery, and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
